My van had been in storage for a fair while so it was booked in for an Annual service and a lithium battery, Solar and refrigerator upgrade to allow more off-grid adventure. The scope of work was very well explained and presented in writing. The standard of work was very pleasing. The quality of components and parts used were good. No shortcuts, no dodgy stuff. Safety and compliance obviously a priority with Allbrand. A big thankyou to John for being available for any updates and to answer any of my questions and for going above and beyond to deliver the van to my home after I was a bit sore following an unexpected surgery. llBrand Caravan Services have always serviced our van since new. During this period, we have experienced great service and assistance from start to finish. I particularly like the easy access to the drop off point. After having issues with power and a few other issues we booked in our van for a service recently. We were met by Ms. Rachel Newton who documented our requirements. We picked up the van a few weeks later and took it to a remote off-grid location to check the outcomes. I can advise that we were very pleased with the final result and even in wet conditions we had no power issues.
